Any individual ("User") who inquires about or purchases I Am Himalaya products or services through its websites, mobile applications, salespersons, offices, call centers, branch offices, franchisees, agents, etc. (collectively referred to as "Sales Channels") agrees to abide by this User Agreement. The websites and mobile applications operated by I Am Himalaya are collectively termed as the 'Website.'
Both the User and I Am Himalaya are individually referred to as a 'Party' and collectively as the 'Parties' to the User Agreement.

If you are a minor or under the age of 18, you are prohibited from registering as a User on the Website and conducting transactions or utilizing its services.
Minors desiring to use or transact on the Website must do so through a legal guardian or parent of legal contracting age. All rights and responsibilities of the User and I Am Himalaya concerning any services or products facilitated by I Am Himalaya are subject to the terms outlined in this User Agreement.
Booking of Tours, Customized Holidays, Corporate Tours, Inbound, and any independent service through Sales Channels or Online via the website/mobile app:
Any individual who inquires about or purchases a product offered by I Am Himalaya through its website, mobile application, branch office, sales office, or call center agrees to enter into a contract with I Am Himalaya. This contract is established between both parties,I Am Himalaya and the individual, upon execution. Once the contract is in place, both parties are bound by the 'Terms and Conditions' outlined on I Am Himalaya website, travel planner, brochure, or booking form.
When an individual books a product or service offered by I Am Himalaya, provides their information, and consents to initiate the booking, followed by payment of the registration amount, it signifies that the individual is interested in the tour and has read, understood, and accepted all the 'Terms and Conditions' specified on I Am Himalaya website, travel planner, brochure, or booking form.
If booking formalities are conducted by an individual on behalf of their family, they are considered to be authorized by their family members after reading, understanding, and accepting all of I Am Himalaya 'Terms and Conditions' mentioned on the website, travel planner, brochure, or booking form.
An individual must be eighteen (18) years or older to make a booking with I Am Himalaya.
It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure that all information provided while filling out the booking form is accurate, as bookings are processed based on this information. In the event of any incorrect information, the guest will be responsible for any incurred losses or amendment costs.
I Am Himalaya reserves the right to accept or decline any booking from any individual or cancel the booking without providing a reason.
