This majestic, mighty land of the green valley became the part of India on May 16, 1975, and was one of the youngest Indian states. Ruled by the Chogyals and later gifted to India, Sikkim is India's first organic state having banned the usage of plastics, pesticides, spitting, and littering. The most hospitable state in India, Sikkim inhabitants of multiple communities make it more vibrant and cultural.
